The excursion along the hillside of the
Beskidy Mountains brought me to places I
had no idea that they might be near me
and further deepened my interest in the
nature of this region. In my work, I
therefore, in absolute darkness, created
photograms of plants that I collected
during the journey and recorded their
location exactly where I picked them up,
using GPS coordinates. This way I found
myself capturing the beauty of this
nature in its most immediate form,
without the use of a photographic
camera, in darkness and
silence, accompanied by the smell of hot
tea and pine trees.
